Iʻm pretty excited to be doing a lift-a-thon, its one of my best activities to do. Iʻve been resting from my past workouts, waiting for the right time to get ready for the lift-a-thon. Wanted to wait to recover so I can lift at my maximum effort. I would like to start the activity on Week 2. Im excited for the lift-a-thon because not only it will raise money but it allows me to see where iʻm at strength wise. I still need to find more people to pledge but other than that I think its going to be fine. I will do all the lifts in one day, then I will collect all the proceeds and donate it to the Japanese relief fund.
